Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Anmol Gadgets, we stand behind the quality of every timepiece we deliver. If a product arrives with a genuine fault from our side, or if an incorrect item is shipped, we will arrange the return or exchange process with priority support.

In cases where the issue is caused by our mistake, Anmol Gadgets will bear the delivery charges and send the correct replacement piece as quickly as possible after verification.

If the customer requests an exchange for a reason other than an error on our side, the customer will be responsible for the applicable delivery charges associated with the exchange.

All return and exchange requests must be reported promptly with clear order details and supporting photos so our team can review the case and guide the next steps.
